Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese or 1/4 cup asiago cheese
  • 3 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
  • 1 1/2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until thoroughly blended.
  2. After using, refrigerate any leftovers.
