Ingredients

  • baby back ribs
  • dry rub:
  • paprika
  • red pepper
  • chili powder
  • salt pepper

Instructions

  1. Ribs
  2. Take off membrane
  3. put dry rub both sides
  4. then slater grey poupon both sides
  5. wrap in tin foil and put a little water in. leave foil open a little to let steam out
  6. cook 300-325 for about 2-2.5 hours
  7. put on grill face down for a few minutes to caramelize. turn over, brush with sweet baby rays. turn over and do the same. keep doing this a few more times, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
