Ingredients

  • skinned chicken pieces
  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • garlic
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Put chicken in frypan and cover with mixed liquid.
  2. Cover and simmer about 40 minutes.
  3. Turn chicken several times.
  4. Remove chicken and heat one can of bean sprouts in sauce.
  5. Serve with rice.
