Ingredients

  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine; press into a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Add vanilla; pour into pie crust.
  4. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250° for 35 minutes or until done all the way through.
  5. Let cool and chill.
