Phyllis' Cheese Bread

Instructions
- Mix together the flour, yeast, salt, sugar and Crisco; mix well.
- Add water to make a dough; knead well.
- Let rise 1 hour. Knead again; make 2 balls with dough.
- Sprinkle with flour; let stand for 1/2 hour.
- Roll out on floured board 1 inch thick; spread butter all over.
- Add grated cheese all over and fold in dough, making sure the ends are tucked in.
- Place on a greased baking sheet; bake at 375° until light brown.
