Pickled Mandarin Oranges

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 3 small cans mandarin oranges
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from oranges.
  2. Bring to boil with spices in saucepan.
  3. Add sugar and vinegar.
  4. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add oranges and heat.
  6. Can be stored in refrigerator or sealed in small canning jars.
