Ingredients

  • 3-4 large firm tomatoes
  • 1-2 white onions
  • 1-2 jalapenos, fresh
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 lime, fresh
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos.
  2. Mix the diced tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos together in a bowl.
  3. Pick the cilantro leaves from the stems and chop about 1/4 cup of leaves.
  4. Add the chopped cilantro to the mixture.
  5. Squeeze the juice from the lime over the mixture.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
