Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. shortening
  • 5 1/4 Tbsp. cold water

Instructions

  1. Blend flour, salt and shortening.
  2. Mix water and flour.
  3. To blend your dough, cut with pastry knife, or use a few butter knives.
  4. Add mixture of flour and water; mix together.
  5. Form a ball and roll out for pie pans.
