Ingredients

  • 5 lb. Gold Medal flour
  • 3 lb. Crisco shortening
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, shortening, and salt well with your hands until the mixture is crumbly.
  2. Store the mixture in an airtight container until ready to use.
  3. To prepare the pie crust, measure 2 heaping cups of the mix.
  4. Add scant 1/3 cup of milk to the mix.
  5. Mix with a fork or pastry blender until combined, then roll out the dough.
