Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked, mashed pie melon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. canned milk
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour into two 9-inch uncooked pie crusts.
  3. Cook 10 minutes at 450°.
  4. Reduce heat to 350°.
  5. Cook an additional 50 to 60 minutes.
