Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes, cooked, cooled and grated
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 stick butter or oleo, frozen then grated
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Bake at 350° until bubbly.
