Pig's Chile De Arbol Salsa

Ingredients

  • 5 arbol chiles
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups of chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. add the chiles and onion to a food processor and chop finely.
  2. add to your other ingredients.blend and chill for at least an hour.
  3. this is a great dip with chips -- and an excellent addition to foil packs of fish or chicken cooked in the oven or grill !
