Pineapple And Walnut Cake

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease and line an 8 inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
- Combine flour and sugar. Add pineapple, pineapple juice and walnuts. Mix until combined. Transfer to prepared pan, smooth surface and bake for 40-45 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
