- Cut pineapple in half lengthwise.
- Using a sharp knife, cut out the pineapple meat, leaving the pineapple intact.
- Cut off hard core, then cut in chunks.
- Combine pineapple chunks and raspberries or strawberries.
- Mound into pineapple shells.
