Pineapple Fruit Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Place all inredients except fruit, in a saucepan and cook till thick.
  2. Cold in refrigerator for several hrs, or possibly overnight.
  3. Pour over fresh fruit, and serve as fruit salad.
