Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Mix all together and pour into ovenproof bowl.
  2. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
  3. Top with cinnamon and serve.
