Pineapple-Lime Snow

Instructions
- Drain pineapple well, reserving syrup.
- Combine reserved syrup and enough water to measure 1 cup in saucepan.
- Heat to a boil. Add lime gelatin.
- Reduce heat and cook, stirring, until gelatin is thoroughly dissolved.
- Remove from heat.
- Add 1 cup cold water. Set aside and refrigerate until gelatin is consistency of egg whites.
