Pineapple-Turkey Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced, cooked turkey
  • 1 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except pineapple and lettuce; chill. Before serving, stir in pineapple.
  2. Serve in lettuce cups.
  3. Serves 6.
