Instructions
- Sift all dry ingredients.
- Add ghee.
- Mix with milk (or sour milk) into a soft smooth dough.
- Roll out into 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut in rounds.
- Fry in hot ghee or oil till a pale gold colour.
