Ingredients

  • 1 lb. flour
  • 1 oz. butter or margarine
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • a little salt
  • a little milk

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour, salt and baking powder.
  2. Rub in butter.
  3. Mix to a light dough with milk.
  4. Roll out on a floured board and cut with round or fancy cutter.
  5. Bake in a hot oven at 400°.
