Ingredients

  • 750 g flour
  • 15 g baking powder
  • 13 g yeast
  • 25 g sugar
  • 370 g water
  • 2 teaspoons oil

Instructions

  1. Sift together flower and baking powder.
  2. Stir in water.
  3. Knead 10 times and divide into 15 balls.
  4. Steam for 20 min until tender.
