Ingredients

  • 1 cup light, unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Stir mixture, and then pour into tall glasses.
