Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 qt. plums
- 1 lb. sugar cubes ⓘ
- 1 fifth of gin
Instructions
- Wash the plums thoroughly.

- Add the sugar cubes to the jar.
- Pour the gin over the plums and sugar.
- Let the mixture brew for several weeks.
