Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • small black plums, cut in halves
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 large or 2 small eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring

Instructions

  1. Place fruit in pie shell.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over fruit.
  3. Mixture should be thick.
  4. Top with cinnamon. Bake at 350° until knife comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
