Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon
  • Head of cabbage
  • 1 med size onion, chopped
  • 1 large can of crushed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In skillet put 2 slices of bacon and one medium size chopped onion.
  2. Place shredded cabbage over the bacon and onion and cover. Cook over medium heat about 15 minutes and then add 1 large can crushed tomatoes.
  3. Cook until done.
