Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 pork chops
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 4 c. bread cubes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Brown chops and remove to a dish.
  2. Cook onion and celery in margarine until golden and soft.
  3. Add egg, bread cubes, salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
  4. Mix well until it sticks with the consistency of dough.
