Polish Eggs

Instructions
- Chop onion and slice sausage.
- Saute in large skillet until sausage is evenly browned and onion is glazed.
- Place all eggs in large bowl (you don't need all the yolks if you prefer not to) and beat.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Put eggs in skillet and cook with the sausage and onion until scrambled to your preference. You may use dill to taste (fresh or dried).
