Ingredients

  • 6 firm ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • minced basil, dill, salt, pepper and pinch of parsley
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Slice tomatoes. Add onion, basil, dill, parsley, salt and pepper. Toss. Add oil and vinegar; toss again.
