Ingredients

  • fruit of choice
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo and put in bottom of cake pan (9 x 13-inch).
  2. Put in fruit.
  3. Mix flour, sugar and egg.
  4. Put on top of fruit.
  5. Bake at 325° for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
