Ingredients

  • 4 cups Pioneer biscuit mix
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 3/4 to 1 cup club soda
  • 1 stick oleo

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except oleo until well combined.
  2. Melt oleo in a baking pan.
  3. Roll out the biscuit dough and turn each biscuit over in the melted oleo.
  4. Bake at 375° or 400° for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
