- 6 pork chops
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Mexicorn
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole tomatoes ⓘ
Instructions
- Brown the pork chops on both sides in a skillet.
- Pour Mexicorn (including liquid) over the pork chops, cover, and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Place one tomato on top of the Mexicorn for each pork chop and continue to simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
