Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans Mexicorn
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops on both sides in a skillet.
  2. Pour Mexicorn (including liquid) over the pork chops, cover, and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
  3. Place one tomato on top of the Mexicorn for each pork chop and continue to simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
