Pork Chops Special

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 pork chops
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 qt. canned tomatoes
  • oil (to fry)

Instructions

  1. Tenderize pork chops; salt, pepper and flour them.
  2. Fry along with potatoes and onions until they are brown.
  3. Drain oil.
  4. Pour tomatoes and juice over ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Add a little water, if necessary.
