Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bring milk and water in a saucepan to a boil, then turn to low and add rice.
  2. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat.
  4. Add sugar and mix quickly until soft.
  5. Separate the eggs, beat the yolks, then mix them into the rice mixture.
  6. Mix quickly again to combine.
  7. Pour into a serving dish, let set, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
