Ingredients

  • 2 wild ducks
  • salt
  • chili powder
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 green pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop onions and green pepper.
  2. Stuff cavities with onions and peppers.
  3. Season duck with salt and chili powder.
  4. Wrap bacon around ducks.
  5. Heat grease in a heavy pot; add ducks.
  6. Cover and cook slowly for 2 1/2 hours.
  7. Add small amounts of water to prevent burning during cooking.
