- Chop onions and green pepper.
- Stuff cavities with onions and peppers.
- Season duck with salt and chili powder.
- Wrap bacon around ducks.
- Heat grease in a heavy pot; add ducks.
- Cover and cook slowly for 2 1/2 hours.
- Add small amounts of water to prevent burning during cooking.
