Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tbsp Crisco
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into fry-like pieces.
  2. Add salt and pepper, then cut up the onion.
  3. Cook the potatoes and onion in Crisco until done.
  4. Add the creamed corn.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add the Cheddar cheese, then cover the pot.
  7. When the cheese melts, serve the stew.
