Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Grate your potatoes finely.
  2. Mix grated potatoes, flour, salt and baking powder.
  3. Heat butter on griddle and fry until golden brown.
