Potato Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 large raw potato, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c. tomato juice

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients, except tomato juice.
  2. Shape into meatballs.
  3. Brown meatballs in skillet, cover with tomato juice and simmer for 1 hour.
