Ingredients

  • medium or large potatoes

Instructions

  1. Choose one medium-sized or large potato for each person at the table.
  2. Wash and remove any spots or imperfections from the potatoes, but do not peel.
  3. Dice the potatoes into half-inch pieces and place them on a greased or sprayed baking sheet.
  4. A jellyroll pan works well as a baking pan.
  5. Sprinkle the potatoes with a mixture of spices and/or herbs of your choice.
  6. Spray the potatoes with Pam or a similar cooking spray.
  7. Use powdered garlic, dried chives, powdered cheese, curry, or hot spices depending on your taste and guest preferences.
