Instructions
- Choose one medium-sized or large potato for each person at the table.
- Wash and remove any spots or imperfections from the potatoes, but do not peel.
- Dice the potatoes into half-inch pieces and place them on a greased or sprayed baking sheet.
- A jellyroll pan works well as a baking pan.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with a mixture of spices and/or herbs of your choice.
- Spray the potatoes with Pam or a similar cooking spray.
- Use powdered garlic, dried chives, powdered cheese, curry, or hot spices depending on your taste and guest preferences.
