Ingredients

  • potatoes, unpeeled
  • onion
  • green pepper
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and quarter potatoes.
  2. Place in pie pan or grill-proof dish.
  3. Slice onion and green pepper.
  4. Put over potatoes and dot with butter.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Cook on grill 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  8. Remove foil last 15 minutes for browning.
  9. Adjust cooking time for your own grill and quantity cooked.
