Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. low-calorie, fat-free Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Partially boil the potatoes with skins on until tender, then let cool.
  2. Cut the cooled potatoes into quarters.
  3. Place the potato pieces on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Sprinkle the Italian dressing evenly over the potatoes.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour until nicely browned.
  6. Serve hot.
