Instructions
- Put in large frypan 3 to 4 spoons of oil, then put the potatoes in and cover with onion slices.
- Cover with small pieces of tomato, then put in salt, pepper and oregano.
- Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for 15 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender so that they can be cut with a fork.
- During cooking time, gently mix with a spoon.
