- Measure flour.
- Sift flour.
- Sift with 3 tablespoons sugar and salt.
- Cut in butter (as in pie crust).
- Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
- Add 1 teaspoon sugar.
- Let stand until foams. Mix egg yolks and cream.
- Add foaming yeast.
- Make dent in flour; add mixture.
