Ingredients

  • 1 large cooked chicken
  • 8 hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 cups boiling chicken broth
  • celery

Instructions

  1. Remove cooked chicken from bones and grind it in a food processor.
  2. Mix the ground chicken with boiling chicken broth, chopped celery, onion, and green olives.
  3. Place the mixture in a mold or rectangular pan.
  4. Layer sliced hard-cooked eggs as you press the loaf in the mold, saving some for garnish.
  5. Chill the loaf for several hours before serving.
