Instructions
- Peel, core, and slice the apples.
- Mix the sliced apples with apple pie spice, vanilla, and lemon juice.
- Crush the Shredded Wheat blocks into small pieces.
- Spray a pie plate with Pam. Place a layer of crushed Shredded Wheat at the bottom.
- Cover the Shredded Wheat layer with the apple mixture.
- Add another layer of crushed Shredded Wheat on top of the apples.
- Spray lightly with Pam.
- Cover the pie loosely with foil.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Serve warm, optionally with nonfat frozen yogurt.
