A vibrant, fruity salad combining raspberry Jell-O, pineapple, cranberry sauce, and oranges, perfect for festive gatherings and family dinners with a sweet-tart flavor profile.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 envelope plain Knox gelatine
  • 2 cans whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 oranges

Instructions

  1. Soften plain Knox gelatine in a few spoons of pineapple juice or orange juice.
  2. Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over the raspberry Jell-O and softened gelatine; stir until dissolved.
  3. Add 1 cup ice water or 8 ice cubes and stir to chill.
  4. Chill until set.
  5. Fold in mashed cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple including juice, and peeled, small pieces of orange.
