Instructions
- Soften plain Knox gelatine in a few spoons of pineapple juice or orange juice.
- Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over the raspberry Jell-O and softened gelatine; stir until dissolved.
- Add 1 cup ice water or 8 ice cubes and stir to chill.
- Chill until set.
- Fold in mashed cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple including juice, and peeled, small pieces of orange.
