Prosciutto Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or Italian bread
  • 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 6 ounces serrano ham Prosciutto-oil-
  • 6 slices mozzarella Cheddar, Provolone, or S
  • 2 slices sliced tomato Thinly
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups arugula tender leaves, washed
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon to prevent the avocado from oxidizing
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Open the bread and spread generously with mayonnaise
  2. Place the slices of cheese on each other, then layer, the thin slices of Prosciutto and Tomato, the Avocado slices on top of the ham and finally the arugula.
  3. Top with other half of bread.
  4. Cut and enjoy a good sandwich, it can be hot (or toaster oven), cool ...
