Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites very stiff.
  2. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat the egg whites.
  3. Add the prunes and continue beating until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) until nicely browned, about 20 to 25 minutes.
