Ingredients

  • 1 quart orange sherbet, softened
  • 1 can solid-pack pumpkin (16 oz.)
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place orange sherbet into a large bowl.
  2. Fold in the pumpkin until blended.
  3. Fold in the vanilla ice cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Freeze until hard, at least 4 hours.
