Ingredients

  • 2 c. canned or fresh cooked and pureed pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. powdered cloves

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients well and dry in dehydrator or oven.
