Pumpkin Pie(9-Inch)

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Put everything into a blender; mix together until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  2. May sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger on top or add to mixture before pouring into shell.
  3. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 30 minutes.
