Instructions
- Put everything into a blender; mix together until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- May sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger on top or add to mixture before pouring into shell.
- Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 30 minutes.
